RETURNS

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee on the part pricing and the shipping fee is non-refundable.

To request for a return, please follow the guidelines below:

Obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number"- Within 10 days of receiving your order, Vizparts.com must be contacted by phone (888-260-7765) or email  sales@vizparts.com  to notify us of your intent to return your order. You will need to provide the order number and reason for return. Upon confirmation, we will provide you with an RMA number which is required for all returns in order to receive a refund.
 
Packaging & Returning - Please include a copy of the original invoice and note the RMA number on it. Please be sure to ship items in original boxes or packages including inside protective wrapping. Items returned in damaged condition due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping - The customer will be responsible for return shipping fees unless it was determined that the reason for return was due to Vizparts' error. If you were provided with a pre-paid return label for an item with a core value, you may use the return label to return the item. Otherwise, all returned parts must be returned to

EXCHANGES

To request for an exchange, please follow the guidelines below:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within  3 business days . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Contact us by email at sales@vizparts.com
